Building Nations Initiative (BNI) is a youth-led, youth work, service-learning, and community development organization. We provide non-formal education, early childhood, and youth development services to children, youth, and families at our respective community youth centers.
Job Position: Finance and Admin Assistant
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and track financial transactions, budgets, and expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist with auditing processes.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and support overall office management tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in finance or administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit or similar organisation.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
