Job Position: Finance Associate
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Finance Associate plays a crucial role in our organization’s financial operations.
- You will assist in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support the company’s objectives.
- You will collaborate with other teams, gather and analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management. You also enjoy problem-solving and taking responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Track and monitor account receivables and payables.
- Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Perform reconciliations (bank and others).
- Assist the team in preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
- Preparation of partners’ payment for disbursement
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Record and file cash transactions.
- Process expense requests for approval.
- Process payroll for approval.
- Post all transactions on QuickBooks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 year cognate experience
- Office and G-Drive knowledge to work with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc. Excel advanced skills are a must.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices and financial software tools.
- Good with figures and numbers and have an analytical mind.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Salary
- N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
