Job Position: Finance Executive (Revenue Assurance)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. Responsible for all Statutory compliance and ensuring correct postings in appropriate ledgers, e.g all taxes, pension, etc.
  2. Account ownership for all statutory accounts for the monthly Balance Sheet review
  3. Ensure the Walk-in Customers account should be zero at the end period.
  4. Preparation of walk-in customers ‘ statements and ageing analysis every month.
  5. Investigation, reconciliation and posting of refunds to guests as a result of overcharge.
  6. Prepare for payment and advise Treasury Team on all Statutory payments on a monthly basis by preparing the time-table for specific form of tax not later than 1 day after deployment of this document.
  7. Weekly tracking and reconciliation of all Cube Bookings, determining outstanding invoices, and advising on discounted invoices.
  8. Postings of all revenue collections as they relate to Box office, Concessions and Cube Bookings across all sites for cash, card and other sources.
  9. Reconciliations of all electronic receipts across all sites, e.g pos, online payments, vouchers, etc.

Qualifications

  1. B.SC, HND.
  2. Minimum of 3 Years of experience.
  3. ICAN certification is an added advantage.
