Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Define the financial management framework/ policies and performance management guidelines for the Company.
  2. Manage the reporting of financial performance for the company.
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders, Banks, institutions and the investment community.
  4. Advise EXCO on stakeholder relationship management as well as trends, issues, and challenges.
  5. Establish investor relations strategy and set overall direction for the company.
  6. Provide a credible point of contact for the global investment community, representing the company.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing Strategy functions to analyze financial models, assess financial reports and market opinion, monitor competitors and contribute to the formulation of responses.
  8. Provides leadership and supervises the Finance Dept. to ensure that set goals and objectives are achieved.
  9. Perform other functions as assigned by the CEO/MD.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / B.Sc, M.Sc
  2. Must have ACCA or ICAN
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience
  4. Previous work experience in a logistics company is an added advantage.
