Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Ewekoro, Ogun

Job Responsibilities·

  1. Monthly revenue billing and processing payment invoices
  2. Account receivables and payable management
  3. Daily postings of transactions to appropriate books and software and update of repayment tracker.
  4. Produce periodic financial reports as required.
  5. Ensure the Monthly remittance of PAYE and pensions by no later than the 5th of the following month.
  6. Collate relevant information for the generation of periodic statutory returns.
  7. Work with both internal and external auditors during the audit process.
  8. Preparation of payroll schedule

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline (with a minimum of a 2:1).
  2. Minimum 7years’ work experience in the finance function in a similar organization within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
  3. Experience in finance operation and statutory financial reporting. SAGE Proficiency
  4. Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
