Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management, treasury, accounting, budgeting, performance analysis, payroll, and financial reporting functions of the company.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities while proactively identifying opportunities for financial sustainability and improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage company-wide financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Lead the treasury management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Oversee payroll and manage fundraising initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Must be ICAN certified; MCP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years in a financial institution (preferably microfinance).
  • Strong understanding of financial management within microfinance institutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate must be based in or near Lekki and must have experience working in a microfinance institution.

Salary
N300,000 NET (No other benefits)
