Job Position: Finance Manager
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
- The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management, treasury, accounting, budgeting, performance analysis, payroll, and financial reporting functions of the company.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities while proactively identifying opportunities for financial sustainability and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Lead the treasury management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Oversee payroll and manage fundraising initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Must be ICAN certified; MCP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years in a financial institution (preferably microfinance).
- Strong understanding of financial management within microfinance institutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate must be based in or near Lekki and must have experience working in a microfinance institution.
Salary
N300,000 NET (No other benefits)
