Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Description

  1. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial activities of the company and play a key role in driving financial strategy and planning.
  2. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  3. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven track record of success in a managerial role.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  2. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
  3. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure financial stability.
  4. Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
  6. Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management.
  7. Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and development.
  8. Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting roles.
  3. Proven track record of success in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Salary
N700,000+ Monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
