Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Expanding payment channels and creating new payment solutions via Financial Institutions e.g., Provider (Payment Facilitator), digital wallet, Banks, Fintech’s etc.)
  2. Developing and executing strategies for growing and sustaining Palmpay’s brand.
  3. Fully involved in all steps to onboard Financial Institutions and go live withrelevant internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Building and nurturing relationships with top level partners.
  5. Monitoring and responding to trends and competitor, offerings to provide solutions and improve service.
  6. Working closely with internal Products, Integration, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation and Compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements and provide solutions.
  7. Negotiation of deals to cut cost and increase revenue for Company.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree qualification in any related field.
  2. At least 3 years relevant working experience on dealing with Banks/Fintech/Billers in the positions of BD, Strategy , Product or Project.
  3. Experience in Financial Institutions especially for Payment, Banking and Lending Industries
  4. Analytical and Presentation skills.
  5. Strategic partnership skills.
  6. Extremely result-oriented, realistic and reliable; able to work with aggressive timelines
  7. Ability to multi-task and under constant pressure, positive attitude, good interpersonal and business negotiation – presentation skills.
