Job Description
- The Finance Manager will be leading a team of financial professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial goals and objectives.
- You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop and implement financial policies, and participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
- Manage the company’s budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary
NGN 500,000 per month.
