Job Position: Finance Officer

Job Location: Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
  2. Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  3. Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  4. Monitor anld enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
  6. Stay updated on financial regulations and recommend changes to policies as needed.
  7. Assist in financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
  8. Respond to financial inquiries from management and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Officer with a developmental Project.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
