Job Description

  • SFH is looking for a talented and experienced person with a record of high performance and passion for providing financial and administrative support to join our vibrant workforce under our E-Pharma4FP Project

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following functions:

  1. Support the Finance Advisor in the preparation and review of vendor requests for E-pharma Project, and ensure documents are ready for payment within 48hrs of receipt.
  2. Support the Finance Advisor and other responsible Officers in the preparation and conclusion of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements for E-pharma Project on SAP at the Field Offices. This is to be achieved no later than the 10th of the next financial reporting month.
  3. Support the Finance Advisor in the process, preparation and payments of ALL expenses on E-pharma Project activities, trainings, Outreach and conferences.
  4. Support the Finance Advisor in the scanning and archiving of E-pharma Project documents to ensure proper documentation of expenses and ready for both internal and external audit process.
  5. Support the Finance Advisor in the review and posting of all common cost at the Field level and ensure proper documentation of such costs.
  6. Support the Finance Advisor in all administrative functions which includes but not limited to the supervision of the MVO and protection of the E-Pharma Project assets.
  7. Any other duty assigned on the project.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field with strong numerical/analytical background.
  • Professional Qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance / Administrative & logistics.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Proficiency working with SAP – “FI Module”
  6. Adept at Microsoft excel and other Microsoft application packages (Word and PowerPoint).
  7. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  8. Demonstrable integrity, objectivity & confidentiality, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  9. Customer focused, exhibits thoroughness and attention to detail.
  10. Integrity and time management.
  11. Collaboration and teamwork, with persuasive negotiation skills.
