Job Description
- The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial landscape, blending financial acumen, investment knowledge, and fundraising expertise to support ambitious growth plans.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies for expansion projects.
- Cultivate relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Prepare robust financial models and projections to drive investment decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses for strategic financial planning.
- Oversee mergers and acquisitions processes, where applicable.
- Implement financial policies optimizing performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial markets, identifying potential funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Present financial reports and investment proposals to stakeholders and potential investors.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of financial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or similar are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with a focus on fundraising and financial analysis.
- Proven track record in raising funds, managing investor relations, and financial planning.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and fundraising mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
