Job Position: Financial Controller
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure robust management and reporting of financial transactions, including all inflows and outflows, in line with the company’s accounting policies, applicable financial reporting standards and practices, such as IFRS, etc.
- Ensure sound financial control and proper consolidation of the company’s accounts from all business units and functions.
- Manage the organisation’s general ledger and ensure all transactions are processed in line with acceptable accounting principles.
- Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information for strategic decision making and external audit purposes.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reports, including consolidated financial statements and cash flow statements.
Job Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related discipline.
- A Master’s Degree (e.g. MBA, etc.) and proficiency in MS Navision are added advantages.
- Professional certification in any of the ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc. is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of job-relevant experience, with at least 5 years at the management level, in a finance role, within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in the FMCG and Multinational industry is required.
Salary
N2,000,000 – N3,000,000 monthly.
