Job Position: Financial Controller
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure robust management and reporting of financial transactions, including all inflows and outflows, in line with the company’s accounting policies, applicable financial reporting standards and practices, such as IFRS, etc.
  2. Ensure sound financial control and proper consolidation of the company’s accounts from all business units and functions.
  3. Manage the organisation’s general ledger and ensure all transactions are processed in line with acceptable accounting principles.
  4. Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information for strategic decision making and external audit purposes.
  5. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reports, including consolidated financial statements and cash flow statements.

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related discipline.
  2. A Master’s Degree (e.g. MBA, etc.) and proficiency in MS Navision are added advantages.
  3. Professional certification in any of the ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc. is required.
  4. Minimum of 15 years of job-relevant experience, with at least 5 years at the management level, in a finance role, within a manufacturing setting.
  5. Experience in the FMCG and Multinational industry is required.

Salary
N2,000,000 – N3,000,000 monthly.
