Eat ‘N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Position: Financial Manager

Job Description

  1. Preparing financial reports.
  2. Analysing financial data.
  3. Monitoring internal controls.
  4. Overseeing and preparing income statements.
  5. Participating in budgeting processes.
  6. Managing financial transactions.
  7. Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
  8. Developing plans for financial growth.
  9. Evaluating and managing risk.
  10. Coordinating audit processes
  11. Overseeing all company accounts and investments
  12. Creating monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
  13. Managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  14. Supervising and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
  15. Motivating and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
  16. Suggesting updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
  17. Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  18. Establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
  19. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  20. Developing budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
  21. Reviewing all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  22. Examining all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
  23. Creating systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  24. Reporting to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
  25. Assisting the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance.
  2. Master’s Degree in related field is an added advantage.
  3. Minimum of 15 years experience is required
  4. Proven experience in finance management.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Strong leadership qualities.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  9. Auditing experience.
  10. Compliance oriented.
  11. Proficiency in accounting software.
  12. Analytical skills.
