Job Position: Fleet Manager
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

Ocean Lord Limited is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our fleet operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, driver supervision, route planning, fuel management, and compliance with transport regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily fleet operations and logistics
  2. Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to schedules and safety standards
  3. Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and documentation
  4. Optimise routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  5. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory transport policies

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience in fleet management
  2. Strong knowledge of logistics, vehicle maintenance, and Nigerian road regulations
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. Proficient in using fleet tracking and reporting tools
  5. Must reside within or around Amuwo Odofin.
