Job Position: Fleet Operations Supervisor
Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and dispatched as scheduled.
  2. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles to minimise downtime.
  3. Monitor driver performance, route efficiency, and fuel consumption.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including documentation and licensing.
  5. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  6. Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
  7. Handle emergencies and breakdowns with appropriate solutions.

Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
  3. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehousing.
