What you will be doing:

  1. Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
  2. Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
  3. Strategize on new products and service offerings.
  4. Create unforgettable experiences for our guests and employees.
  5. Create, encourage and implement revenue generating ideas.
  6. Be entrepreneurial and think beyond boundaries.
  7. Provide service that is sincere, warm, and enthusiastic while you take time to get know the guests and be committed to service excellence.

Job Requirements
Your experience and skills include:

  • 4 – 5 years experience in same or similar position with international hotel chains.
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
  • Proven Food & Beverage operational experience in Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Management.
  • Ability to budget and forecast accurately monthly and annually.
  • Up to date Food & Beverage trends as well as best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Accor experience will be an added advantage.
