Swift Consulting Limited – Our client in the Agro-Allied sector is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
  2. Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers.
  4. Provide accurate information about the farm’s products and services.
  5. Process customers’ orders.
  6. Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate departments.
  7. Manage front office operations, including receiving guests and directing them appropriately.
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  9. Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with production or sales teams.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in a related field
  2. 2 – 5 years proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (experience in agriculture is a plus).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  7. A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude is compulsory.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
