Job Position: Front Desk Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are a mid-sized law firm in Lagos seeking a professional, organised, and client-focused Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for our Firm. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-office operations, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities
Reception & Client Management:

  1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally and courteously.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring proper call screening and message-taking.
  3. Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  4. Maintain a neat, organised, and professional front office environment.

Administrative Support:

  1. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient booking system for client meetings.
  2. Keep track of and manage conference room bookings.
  3. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and office deliveries.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  5. Assist with data entry, document management, and filing.

Office Coordination & Support:

  1. Liaise with office staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
  2. Ensure compliance with the firm’s security and visitor management protocols.
  3. Provide general administrative support to lawyers and other team members as required
  4. Assist in organising firm events, meetings, and training sessions

 Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus).
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Familiarity with legal terminology is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
