Job Position: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a smart Lady as a front desk who is friendly with experience in office administration and sales with the ability to communicate with members of the public and make visitors arriving at the reception area feel welcome.
  2. You may also be required to order office supplies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Handling basic inquiries and Take Orders
  3. Monitoring office supplies and issue invoices
  4. Provide Payment details to customers
  5. Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  6. Filing documents.
  7. Observing professional etiquette.
  8. Performing other administrative tasks, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND
  • Background in Sales, office administration and secretarial work.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
