Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Badagry, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  2. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  3. Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  4. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  5. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  6. Maintain records and files.

Job Requirements

  1. OND or relevant qualification.
  2. Applicant should be a female
  3. Applicant should reside within Badagry
  4. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  5. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Great marketing ability
  7. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  8. Knowledge of MS Office programs is an advantage.
