Job Responsibilities

  1. Answers phone calls courteously
  2. Guides guests and issues guest badges
  3. Handles client complaints
  4. Files documents
  5. Maintains schedules
  6. Plans business travel
  7. Refills office supplies
  8. Receives deliveries
  9. Responds to customer inquiries

Job Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Proficiency in computer programs
  4. Planning and organizing abilities
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work with different groups of people
  7. Multitasking abilities
  8. Efficient time management skills
