Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  2. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  3. Answer questions and address complaints.
  4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  7. Check, sort and forward emails.
  8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  9. Keep updated records and files.
  10. Monitor office expenses and costs.
  11. Take up other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Candidates must reside within Lagos (Lekki axis)
  • Candidates must also be willing to work on Saturdays.
