Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer phones and Route calls to specific people.
  2. Answer inquiries about the company.
  3. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  4. Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
  5. Assist in Scheduling meetings and setting up the conference rooms.
  6. Ensure the reception area is tidy.
  7. Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  8. Coordinate office activities.
  9. Support all Unit Heads in the smooth running of their daily tasks where required
  10. Arrange appointments.
  11. Send email
  12. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  13. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  14. Take and relay messages.
  15. Time Management.
  16. Teamwork & Good Customer Service
  17. Ensure timely booking of the boardroom for meetings

Job Requirements

  • Must possess an OND / HND in Communications, Public Relations, or Office Administration from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  • 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Must possess organisation, administrative, data entry, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
