Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Agungi, Lekki – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meeting & greeting patients
  2. Answering and transferring phone calls
  3. Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
  4. Registering patients
  5. Preparing patients charts
  6. Accommodating various files and providing general office duties, e.g. data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
  7. Acting as a liaison with patients and providers in a compassionate and kind manner
  8. Making appointments, collecting co-pays, and providing receipt of money by established procedures
  9. Addressing patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  10. Providing support in the management of patient medical records

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a hospital, clinic, or doctor’s office
  2. Ability to multi-task
  3. Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
  4. Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  5. Incoming phone call management skills required
  6. Knowledgeable of medical terminology and insurance products and plans
  7. Candidate must live in Lekki or its environs

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
