Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Agungi, Lekki – Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting patients
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
- Registering patients
- Preparing patients charts
- Accommodating various files and providing general office duties, e.g. data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Acting as a liaison with patients and providers in a compassionate and kind manner
- Making appointments, collecting co-pays, and providing receipt of money by established procedures
- Addressing patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Providing support in the management of patient medical records
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a hospital, clinic, or doctor’s office
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
- Incoming phone call management skills required
- Knowledgeable of medical terminology and insurance products and plans
- Candidate must live in Lekki or its environs
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
