Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a competitive and reliable front desk officer to work in Lagos, He or she will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and intending customers
  2. He or she is responsible for all administrative processes as may pertain to day to day running of the office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests coming into the building
  2. Provide administrative support to all department
  3. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to the intended recipients
  4. Carry out administrative task as may be required
  5. Keep updated records and files
  6. Will be in charge of office procurement and also monitor office supplies.

General Requirements

  • OND / HND / First Degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work with less supervision
  • Display the willingness to build a career in a corporate environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical, time management and creativity skills
  • Strong communication skills.
