Job Description

  • The job holder’s duty involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls, assisting in organizing documents, in-house logistics and other Administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer phone calls courteously, responding to customer inquiries.
  2. Handle client complaints, aiding timely resolution.
  3. Maintain schedules, guide guests and issues guest badges.
  4. Plan and schedule business travels.
  5. Refill office supplies and receive deliveries.
  6. File documents, process Invoices.
  7. Other Administrative tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. HND / BSc (Minimum of Lower credit/Second class lower)
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Officer
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Proficiency in computer programs
  5. Planning and organizing abilities
  6. Exceptional interpersonal skills
  7. Team work
  8. Multitasking abilities
  9. Efficient time management skills
