We are overseeing the assignment of globally unique identifiers on the Internet, including companies, individuals, jobs, domain names, Internet protocol addresses, application port through online protocols & parameters, address verification, guarantor’s verification, certificate verification, death portfolio check & criminal record check. This creates a globally unified namespace to ensure the global reach of verified information & eradication of identity theft.

  • Job Position: Front Desk Receptionist
  • Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
