Job Position: Front Desk & Telemarketing Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls professionally, screen and forward incoming calls as necessary.
  3. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  4. Make cold calls to potential customers.
  5. File and store documents for easy retrieval.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.
  7. Collaborate with procurement officer to maintain record and organise office supplies stock.
  8. Schedule in-house and external events, maintain a corporate calendar and schedule and book meetings.
  9. Manage important and confidential company documents.
  10. Manage company database entry and client files.
  11. Provide support to walk-in clients/customers.
  12. Follow-up with clients within a week of vehicle repair and confirm durability and sustainability of repairs.
  13. Carry out occasional feedback/survey with existing clients towards customer retention.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Management, Engineering, and other Social Sciences
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales.
  • Successful track record in B2B / B2C sales and negotiation.
  • Mastery experience in sales techniques.
