Job Position: Front Office Supervisor

Location: Ahiazu Mbaise, Imo

Job Summary

  1. We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to manage our reception area.
  2. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
  3. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guest’s services.
  4. As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.
  5. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
  2. Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.
  3. Tending to guests’ complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
  5. Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
  6. Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
  7. Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  8. Conducting performance reviews with the front desk staff.
  9. Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.
  10. Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or similar.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.
  3. Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. Fax machines and Printers)
  4. Proficient in hotel front desk software such as HotelKey etc
  5. Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Good leadership and training abilities.

Salary
N45,000 – N50,000 monthly
