Job Description

  1. The HelloMe team is built of like-minded individuals on a mission to demystify banking services.
  2. We’re committed to hiring industry experts and those with a passion for customer-driven results. We are seeking a Front-end Developer with vast experience in significant React, JavaScript, and UX/UI experience to work on a key project internally.
  3. You will be required to collaborate with peers within the wider technology team to ensure the best technical build for the project and utilize proficiency in multiple software languages. This is a full-time hybrid position that requires three days in the office and two days working from home.

Successful applicants will ideally have to:

  1. Execute our technical roadmap developments, advanced experiments, and experiences using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, React.js, VUE, Webflow, and REST APIs.
  2. Collaborate with our existing development team to support large-scale developments, continuous improvements, and day-to-day updates.
  3. Work exceptionally closely with the UX team to deliver technical requirements for our web projects, testing, personalization roadmap, and Webflow site implementation.
  4. Develop key landing and campaign pages using both custom code and Webflow’s intuitive design tools.
  5. Use our CMS to develop, build and improve content modules.
  6. Work with our Technical team to develop and support tracking optimizations.
  7. Provide technical support across all teams with web and App requests.
  8. QA technical projects prior to release.
  9. Support across multiple teams when launching limited products.
  10. Support the building of transactional and marketing emails templates.
  11. Liaise with our IT teams to deliver combined projects.
  12. Research current best practices, including those specific to User Experience and make recommendations for improvements and technical innovation.
  13. Understanding of GraphQL.
  14. Appropriate use of design patterns.
  15. Experience with API definition for communication to Back-end.
  16. Track record of setting up new projects from initiation is ESSENTIAL.

Job Requirements

  1. A Professional Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or Web Systems Design, and other related fields.
  2. Experience in No code and Low code software development is an advantage.
  3. Extensive knowledge of Webflow’s platform is a MUST.
  4. A Formal training in web development will be an advantage.
  5. Experience with UX/UI design.
  6. Extensive experience in delivering a variety of end-to-end projects including Technology & Digital platforms, with specific examples of Webflow sites.
  7. Well-developed IT abilities.
  8. AGILE and Waterfall’s experience is ESSENTIAL.
  9. Preferably candidates living in Lagos.
