Job Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and significant experience with ATS and HRIS applications.
  • This role will be critical in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure platform solutions across all SBUs.
  • Design, implement, and manage integrated HRIS/ATS solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve bugs
  • Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our platform continually.
  • Digitize all operational processes in line with the business requirements

Job Requirements

  • You can replicate and enhance almost every application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Previous experience in developing and managing HRIS/ATS applications.
  • Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database management and data modeling.
  • Strong front-end development skills, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and digital marketing.
