Job Position: Full Stack Django Developer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) for the backend and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for the frontend.
  2. Deploy applications to production servers and ensure their smooth operation.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  4. Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and systems. Write and execute unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in both backend and frontend development.
  8. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  9. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Django Developer with expertise in Django, Django Rest Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  3. Strong knowledge of Python programming language.
  4. Experience with database design and management.
  5. Familiarity with server deployment and cloud platforms.
  6. Ability to write clean, well-documented code. Proficiency in writing unit tests.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  9. Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
