Job Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

  1. This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of software systems that meets customer requirement.
  2. The role also involves sitting within the IT team of a business and will be involved in liaising with the Business Analysts and Development Managers to ensure software projects meet requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5+ years experience.

Skills:

  1. Strong background in PHP and some of its framework (Laravel particularly)
  2. Strong Understanding Of Javascript and Its Framework(ReactJS, VueJS)
  3. Bridge the gap between UI design and technical implementation
  4. Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
  5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  6. Understanding of Inertia and Livewire
  7. Understanding of the SOLID programming principles
  8. Expertise working with packages and other developers’ codebases
  9. Dedication to TDD
  10. Expertise working with relational databases
  11. Experience with modern-day development tools including version control, preprocessors, task runnners, etc.
  12. Experience with cloud computing architectures
  13. Good understanding of versioning tools such as Git
  14. Comfortable with linux servers and some dev-ops
  15. Desire to work with project managers, designers and other developers
  16. Excellent verbal and time management skills
  17. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  18. Experience working in small cross functional Agile teams to build complex systems
  19. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
  20. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
