Job Position: Full Stack Programmer

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Programmer to join our innovative team at Just Inches Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that align with our strategic communication goals. You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to build and optimize digital platforms that enhance our clients’ online presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
  • Develop and implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), ensuring responsive and interactive user experiences.
  • Build and manage back-end services and databases, integrating them seamlessly with front-end elements.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
  • Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in programming and software development.
  • Contribute to project planning, providing technical insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Programmer or Software Developer.
  • Proficient in PHP and JavaScript, with experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with server-side languages and frameworks, including Node.js, Express, or Laravel.
  • Proficient in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Understanding of security best practices and data protection standards.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
