Job Position: Fundraising Consultant
Job Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The Fundraising Consultant will provide valuable support to the Resource Mobilisation and Innovation Team by assisting in fundraising services across community and child sponsorship initiatives, and institutional partnership for AAN.
- S/he will additionally, have percentage time effort to assist AAN’s downstream partners in their fundraising efforts.
Job Requirements
Education / Qualifications:
- First degree in relevant studies is essential.
Experience:
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a fundraising role is essential.
Skills / Abilities:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with people in public settings.
- Strong commitment to ethical fundraising practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and responsible with a strong sense of accountability.
- Previous resource mobilisation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
