Job Position: General Manager
Location: Maitama, Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the hotel’s success
  2. Manage day-to-day operations, including front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping
  3. Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  4. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  5. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel in Africa
  2. Strong leadership and management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
