Job Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including general repairs, maintenance, quality control, and customer service.
  3. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement.
  5. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Business Development:

  1. Identify new market opportunities and develops strategies to expand the customer base.
  2. Build and maintains relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Develop and executes marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and maximize revenue.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities..
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
  2. Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  4. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  5. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
  6. Familiarity with the local automotive market and an understanding of the regulatory environment.
