Job Position: General Manager
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The General Manager will provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the group.

The role requires a results-driven executive with strong experience in managing multi-unit operations within the computer systems, electronics, or technology sector.

The GM will be accountable for business growth, profitability, governance, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, communicate, and execute the group’s short-term and long-term strategic plans
  2. Provide leadership and direction to all department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  3. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  4. Drive revenue growth through market expansion, partnerships, and product diversification
  5. Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability across the group
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance standards
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and regulators
  8. Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  9. Prepare and present periodic performance reports to owners/board

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
  2. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
  3. 8 – 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior management level
  4. Proven experience managing ICT, electronics, or technology-focused businesses
  5. Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.

Salary

N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
