Job Position: General Manager

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
  2. The General Manager will oversee several elements in Sochi Foods Ltd, including hiring and operating budgets as well as working collaboratively with the Executive Team in setting, launching promotions and prices based on the marketing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing daily business operations.
  2. Take full profit & loss responsibility
  3. Evaluate and Improve operations, financial performance and revenue.
  4. Creating and managing budgets and Optimize expenses
  5. Coordinate employees and supervise and lead lower-level managers
  6. Oversee recruitment and training.
  7. Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities
  8. Provide suggestions for business growth
  9. Suggest ideas for increasing revenue
  10. Evaluate performance and productivity.
  11. Suggest improvements for employee engagement
  12. Create, review and implement effective business plans
  13. Collaboratively set policies & procedures
  14. Attend meetings, trainings, seminars and conferences
  15. Generating reports for presentation to upper executive management and board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related fields – or qualifications in Food Processing, Engineering or Agricultural Science / Engineering; Master’s in business administration or another relevant master’s degree is preferably.
  • A Certified Manager Certification from an Institute of Certified Professional Managers to further prove knowledge and experience is accepted.
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in food production and processing or similar operations is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions and manufacturing Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
