Beaconhill Smile Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare and consumer business group. We currently operate three dental clinics, one eye clinic, one dermatology clinic, and a newly signed FMCG distributorship. Two additional subsidiaries are scheduled to launch this year.

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and operationally skilled General Manager (GM) to lead our cross-functional operations, with the potential to become a full-time executive after the initial 12-month contract period.
Job Overview
- The General Manager (GM) will oversee daily operations, optimise systems and processes, and drive cost efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across all subsidiaries.
- The ideal candidate is a proven operator who can lead across healthcare and retail domains, while preparing the business for its next phase of growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all subsidiaries: dental, eye care, dermatology, FMCG distribution, and upcoming business lines.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across all business units.
- Design and enforce SOPs that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Enhance patient and customer experience across clinics and distribution channels.
- Lead cross-departmental functions including HR, finance, admin, and logistics.
- Support the launch and integration of new subsidiaries, ensuring operational readiness.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and alignment.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and board-level reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or MPH preferred).
- 6–8+ years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare and/or FMCG operations.
- Strong background in cost control, revenue optimisation, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-site or multi-unit operations.
- Proven track record in process improvement, performance management, and team leadership.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational drive.
Contract Structure:
This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment based on performance and strategic alignment with the organisation.
