Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Job Description:
- Monitor and regulate the pH levels of the water consistently.
- Ensure high-quality standards for drinking water.
- Establish protocols and inspect/testing equipment and facilities in the laboratory.
- Ensure that sampling documentation, testing activities, and procedures align with established protocols to identify any issues.
- Keep records of quality control (QC) records, test results, and reports for regulatory authorities.
- Investigate the source of quality lapses and other product issues.
- Supervise the implementation and documentation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) with other departments.
- Manage hygiene and safety practices of all factory staff.
Skills Required
- The desired skills for this position include a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand and follow quality control requirements and provide accurate feedback to management.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in food or water testing procedures.
Qualification:
- A minimum qualification of an HND is required, but a Bachelor’s degree and relevant quality assurance/control certification are preferred.
