  1. Academic Background in Accounting, Economics, Science, or Information Technology
  2. Strong Analytics Skills
  3. Interest in the banking & Financial Service Industry
  4. Cretivity, drive and a track record of achievement
  5. Minimum grade of Second Class Upper from any University
