Job Position: Graduate Architect

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Create and modify architectural drawings using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, lumion or SketchUp.
  2. Perform basic segments of architectural projects
  3. Assist in general preparation of design and construction documents, including modelling
  4. Reviewing blueprints and other design documents to ensure they meet code requirements
  5. Communicating with clients, contractors and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time
  6. Develop an understanding of and adherence to industry procedures and protocols
  7. Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
  8. Provide support for any task required to keep office running smoothly (i.e. Printing, ordering office supplies, ordering material, etc)
  9. Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
  10. Conducting site inspections to assess the quality of work performed by contractors
  11. Preparing drawings and working with engineers to design new buildings or remodel existing structures
  12. Creating detailed plans for new construction projects based on client specifications
  13. Develop effective presentation skills by participating in internal design reviews and client presentations, communicating design concepts clearly and persuasively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 2 – 5 years work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent design sensibility and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
