Job Position: Graduate Trainee (Public Sector Sales)

Job Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Public Sector Sales) located in Lagos.
  2. The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for selling CoolBucks’ products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services etc).
  3. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, outdoor traditional marketing, digital marketing, tele marketing and achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  2. Must have completed NYSC
  3. Candidate must be strong in traditional outdoor marketing
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales target in public sector
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong customer relationship management skills
  7. Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plan
  8. Must possess good writing and communication skills
  9. Experience as Public Sector Sales Officer in a finance company is an advantage
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
