Job Position: Graduate Trainee

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
  2. Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
  3. Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
  4. Get familiar with personnel duties
  5. Participate in company’s strategic planning
  6. Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
  7. Keep track of business revenue
  8. Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
  9. Create and give presentations

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Management or Business.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Experience in management or similar / relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Excellent maths and computational ability.
  • Effective communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly
