Job Position: Graduate Trainee
Job Locations: Asaba, Delta and Isolo, Lagos
Job Description
- We are seeking recent graduates to join our team in Lagos and Asaba. We are looking for goal driven and passionate individuals to support the business services department.
- The job requires a high level of customer interaction and employee relations; hence, the ideal candidate should have an impeccable customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, excellent planning and cordination abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Working closely with clients and managerial staff.
- Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
- Liaise with customers in a professional manner and provide customers’ feedback to line manager.
- Monitoring sales trend and making recommendations to line manager.
- Attending meetings along with managerial staff and taking notes.
- Attending to customers and resolving customers complaints with the assistance of the line manager.
- Data entry and verification of information collated.
Job Requirements
- BA / B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
- Completed NYSC or have an exclusion letter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate and able to work using Microsoft packages.
- Possesses high verbal and numerical reasoning abilities
- Must be reside around Isolo, Lagos axis or Asaba, Delta State.
