Job Position: Graduate Trainee
Location: Lagos (Onsite)

Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo intensive training, gain hands-on experience across different departments, and develop the skills required to thrive in a fast-paced digital financial services environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute fresh ideas toward driving innovation and financial inclusion across Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training across various departments (Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
  2. Support day-to-day departmental activities, projects, and initiatives.
  3. Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to aid business decision-making.
  4. Shadow experienced staff to gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  5. Collaborate with teams to execute projects and deliver business objectives.
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  7. Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution (minimum of Second Class Upper).
  2. 0–2 years of post-graduate work experience.
  3. Must have completed NYSC.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.
