Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Trainee Flight Ticketing Officer to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about the travel industry and eager to gain practical experience in flight ticketing and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients with flight inquiries, including providing information on available flights, fares, and travel options
  2. Learn to process flight bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently using computerized reservation systems (CRS) or airline booking platforms
  3. Learn best practices for issuing tickets, handling changes and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and other partners to secure the best available fares and accommodations for clients
  5. Gain knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
  6. Provide personalized assistance and support to clients before, during, and after their travel, under the guidance of senior team members
  7. Assist with maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions, and generate reports as needed
  8. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in flight ticketing and customer service
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the flight ticketing department.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or anyrelated field.
  2. Strong interest in the travel industry and desire to pursue a career in flight ticketing and customer service.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  4. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and work effectively in a team.
  5. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and internet research.


  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
