Job Description
- We’re seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll design captivating visuals that showcase our properties, support our marketing initiatives, and enhance our brand’s digital and print presence.
- You’ll be working closely with our marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging designs that resonate with our clients and reflect our commitment to quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics for various platforms (social media, website, print materials, email campaigns).
- Design promotional materials for property listings, events, and branding campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that support our brand story.
- Maintain brand consistency across all graphics and visual assets.
- Assist in developing templates for regular content and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with industry design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’’s Degree / HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of branding
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
